Qur'an 4:120

يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ ۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا

Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
