Surah Al-Anʿam · The Cattle · Verse 18/165

Qur'an 6:18

وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ

And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all].
