Surah Al-Maʿarij · The Ascending Stairways · Verse 41/44

Qur'an 70:41

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
